Safety
Be careful around Nijmegen Central Station. Watch out for pickpockets and fraudsters, especially late at night. In case of an emergency, call 112. This is the Europe-wide number for ambulance, police and fire department services in the Netherlands.

In case of theft, go to your nearest police station (see below) to report what happened. They will also help you cancel your credit cards and give you a list of useful telephone numbers.
